PRINCIPAL’S MESSAGE
Hello Terrapin Families,
I am proud to announce that Turtleback Elementary has been recognized as a Common Sense Certified School! This recognition means that we are taking action and working together to prepare Terrapins to think critically and use technology in positive, creative, and powerful ways. Way to go team Turtleback!
Friends, we have made it to May and the year is quickly coming to an end. Don’t forget to check the calendar and never hesitate to reach out to your child’s teacher with any questions.
At Turtleback we are dedicated to serving our community and educating students in an engaging and child centered environment. Thank you for your partnership in this work!
Enjoy the days, get some rest, and hug the ones you love!
The Luckiest Principal in the World,
Adam Carlin
TEN WISE CHOICES PBIS - Helping Humans Make Wiser Choices
Number Four: Choose self-responsibility. I choose to take responsibility for what I think, what I say, what I do and the choices I make. I take responsibility for achieving my goals, for my own happiness, and for raising my self-esteem.
ART SHOW
MAY 16th 5-7pm
We are excited to host our ART SHOW to showcase our students’ art. All students will have one to two pieces of art displayed at the show. There will be a photobooth, activity tables and an opportunity to purchase a frame to display your child’s beautiful artwork.
We need many volunteers to help set up and breakdown after the show. If you are available to help please reach out to Leah Pennacchio in the office or email: [email protected]
